The Apartment
INTERIOR
After climbing the stairs to the apartment, you enter a bright room equipped with all modern conveniences. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, bar table, a sofa and TV, and of course a bathroom with toilet and a nice shower.
A ladder leads to the attic where you will sleep in a lovely double bed and get up rested the next morning. Time for a new day that starts with the sound of whistling birds.
EXTERIOR
The terrace and swimming pool with sun beds (open from end of May to mid-September) are at your disposal in the garden. What more could you ask for?
Apartment Klein Waldeck is an excellent base for a visit to Arnhem Centre, Burgers Zoo, the Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom! Check out here what things can be done in the area!
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area of Velp North. The centre of Velp, with its nice shops, is just 300 meters away. The city centre of Arnhem is 15 minutes by bus or bike and the forest is only a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is a fully self-contained unit, we therefore do not serve breakfast. Grocery stores like Albert Heijn and Lidl as well as bakeries are in close proximity (only 200-300 meters).
ACCESSIBILITY
Unfortunately, our apartment is not accessible for people with walking disabilities because of the staircase that leads to the apartment and the ladder that leads to the bed (see pictures).
Facilities
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, pans and glassware. There is also coffee and tea available.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, small and large towels, a hairdryer and a wonderful shower.
Bedroom
The large double bed in the loft is provided with a nice duvet and 2 different pillow thicknesses.
Living
The living area has a sofa with a large carpet, cable TV and several magazines to read.
Pool and garden
The swimming pool makes our location unique! Guests have free use of our swimming pool, which is open from June 1. to October 1. There is also a nice seating area for guests in the garden.
Free WiFi
Of course we offer free Wifi to our guests. So you can watch a nice movie on Netflix or find a nice restaurant at your leisure.
Free parking
Parking is free in front of the apartment in the street.
Safety
Safety is a high priority for us. The flat is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and a first aid kit.
